Investigate benchmarking the server to compare against native performance #55

We could probably do with quantifying the difference in performance (if any) between native Windows and containerized performance.

As this is a server we probably need to:

Generate a few "auto" relatively deterministic mission files.
Log the server FPS using something like https://github.com/DCS-gRPC/Telemachus
Run these missions a few times in both situations.
Compare the data.
Write a blog post / discussion item.

So what I and a friend of mine have noticed that everytime we start the server in a virtualized environment - even on a windows vm - the performance isn't really good. If we install windows natively and run the server there it runs perfectly fine. Tested in home environment and on a Hetzner AX52 dedicated server.

Do you have any ideas why that is? 🤔 I really don't like to have a server that runs windows just for the sake of dcs.
