Add DCS Retribution support

Amendments to some helper scripts. Added oneshot script to enable installation and update of DCS Retribution.

Prior to merge, first some:

• Testing the font addition causes no issues.
• Testing DCS Retribution is working as expected.
• Amendments to the README.
