Tier 2+ Literals NOT Processing #11

When in record mode, any literal declared at the 2nd tier or later (beyond the root level) will not process into the preview or export.

The Literal code does not model the process used by resources. This is likely due to prior code optimization and not followed through for literals when the resource enhancements for record processing was implemented.
