Provide functionality to edit the sample record / row count for preview. Provide for first row or record to start from and the number of following. Or, design it like page printing (1-4, 7-9, 11). Something like that.

The current code is a work-in-progess (WIP) that has begun implementing this feature. The display elements on the Preview tab do not work yet.

This WIP also includes a preview mode to switch between the "pretty" and "stream" output as documented in the Jena library.
