Add Navigation Menu Feature #58

I would like to propose the addition of a navigation menu to improve user navigation and accessibility on the project's website. Expected Features:

A responsive navigation menu that adapts to various screen sizes and devices. Menu items that link to different sections of the website or external pages. Clear and user-friendly design to improve overall website usability. CSS styles that match the project's visual theme and branding.

I possess skills such as HTML,CSS,JS,REACTJS and I am MERN STACK developer.I also participated in Code for good hackathon conducted by JPMC and our team emerged as a finalist.I wanted to contribute to this project and i hope i possess the skills.
