Supports client sidecar API: `/roletoken` #22

Description

define token server API: /roletoken
create struct for token cache key
add new option (default: false)
- ENV: TOKEN_SERVER_API_ENABLE
- arg: token-server-api-enable
add new option (default: 0)
- ENV: TOKEN_EXPIRY
- arg: token-expiry
go.mod => module /v3
