/quest give command does not allow accepting the quest #60

Description: As the title says

Reproduction Steps: Use the command on yourself like /quest give raxiam bountyPirate

Expected Behavior: A fourth last page should be shown that allows the player to accept or deny the quest

Observed Behavior: Only three pages are shown (description, objectives, rewards)
