Added a on bow use to shoot a arrow from the player

I'm not sure if we still need this feature (plans change and we may not be implementing every issue on the board), but I don't think this is how we wanted to implement it. It should treat bows as if they all have the Infinity enchantment, but I think this would fire an arrow immediately, using the player's velocity? So if you were standing still, it would fire an arrow immediately, and it wouldn't go anywhere.

Okay than we should just spawn all bows with infinity. Even crafted ones And let the player have the arrow in the inv as a con

I just noticed that if we have players standing that the arrow would fall we can remove it and it should shot at the maximum velocity similar to snowball
