Fix skills menus going over the netty limit for text #64

Description: If there are too many skills in /skills or /skills next you will be kicked because the limit for Text messages has gone over.

Reproduction Steps: Have ~9 skills to display and use /skills or /skills next.

Expected Behavior: You should not get kicked for using a command.

Observed Behavior: You get kicked.
