User OPTIONAL Multiplayer(locally) implementation

Functional description

Implement a option when asking for player to ask if it is a solo section or multiple player section to play with friends/family locally.

Justification

some like to play with others rather than playing alone.

Suggested implementation

• [ ] add a option when starting the application to ask if it's a solo section or multiplayer section
• [ ] add a loop to be called if multiple player option is chosen to run multiple runs of choosing of category for each player.
• [ ] save the scoreboard for a multiplayer option.

Alternative solutions

• input a player, the player runs a quizz, exit the app and another player runs it and so on.
