Functional description

A timer during hard mode for eg. 5 min per round

Justification

Many advanced users would like the extra difficulty that a timer would bring

Suggested implementation

[ ] Add option in Hard mode for activating timer
[ ] Add function to display "Time left" after finished game
[ ] Add function "No time left" during gameplay if the countdown is out.

Impact

Increased difficulty for gameplay

Alternative solutions

Timer always on but less time during hard mode
