Objective:

Implement a chatbot functionality for the "Chat with Us" feature to provide interactive customer support.

Tasks:

• [ ] Research and evaluate various third-party chatbot services and platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Intercom, Zendesk).
• [ ] Assess the features, pricing, and integration capabilities of the shortlisted chatbot services.
• [ ] Select the most suitable chatbot service based on the project requirements, budget, and ease of implementation.
• [ ] Set up an account and configure the chosen chatbot service.
• [ ] Design the conversation flow and define the main intents and responses for the chatbot.
• [ ] Train the chatbot with frequently asked questions, common issues, and their corresponding answers or solutions.
• [ ] Integrate the chatbot service with the application, typically by embedding a chat widget or using the provided SDK.
• [ ] Customize the appearance and styling of the chat widget to match the application's branding and design.
• [ ] Implement a mechanism to route the conversation to a human agent if the chatbot is unable to provide a satisfactory response.
• [ ] Test the chatbot functionality to ensure that it provides accurate and helpful responses to user queries.
