Adding front-end layout and some basic UI of dummy data. Will need to add more UI handling.

Great job so far @chef-louis. Are you going for a mobile-first design approach?

I'm not sure I'm intentionally doing that but I went with what felt intuitive for the Settings pages. Anything you noticed that could be done differently/better?
