Adding a handful of fixes to previous PR:

Font change to sourceSansPro (set at the parent page level)
Restore the user profile menu on navbar when logged in (login feature not fully handled, using dummy state variable for now)
Changed the ordering of ratings on the LineChart component to match the BarChart
