Update Top Action Reels thumbnails and create ActionReel thumbnail component

Objective:

Enhance the Top Action Reels section by updating the thumbnails to display club logos and creating a reusable component for ActionReel thumbnails.

Sub-tasks:

• Update the backend API to fetch and return club logo data for each ActionReel.
• Create a new component called ActionReelThumbnail in the src/components/dashboard directory to handle the rendering of ActionReel thumbnails.
• Update the TopActionReels component to utilize the ActionReelThumbnail component and pass the necessary data (club logo, video title, etc.) as props.
• Ensure that the ActionReelThumbnail component is responsive and displays consistently across all screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop).
• Test the integration of the ActionReelThumbnail component with the TopActionReels section to verify proper functionality and styling.
