Can't open mobile.twitter.com with my phone #103

When open twitter.com thru php-proxy with my phone(Android 7.1.2, Chrome 63.0.3239.111), it redirect to mobile.twitter.com, but the site can't be opened. Does anybody have the same problem? and how to fix it? Thanks.
