which is any unmanned(!) vessel which can enable SAS, e.g. has some probe controlling it

Changes gender consideration to check all crew members gender, and if both are present, select one randomly instead of just the pilot chattering

Also requires a change to the default config (or deletion of that file), and some fitting sound files. I've prepped a "patch": http://www.mediafire.com/download/rp8hk2f7g1hrkif/ChattererMachinesPatch.zip
