A buttton or option by feed to fetch the content

There are feeds that don't include the image or the whole text in feeds

In some readers there's the option (global or by feed) to fetch the content and read the whole text

Maybe add a button (like star, share, tag button) or an option by feed to fetch the content of that feed.

In this feed I can't see the image:

In this reader there's possible to read that feed and fetch from the webpage
