Add support for RSS Subscription Chrome Extension #296

This is my primary means of subscribing to new blogs.

Is it supported? You should either add support for it or document how to use it if it's already supported.

Also, related - even without the plugin, when you open an RSS document in Chrome, you get a subscribe dialog. How do we add CommaFeed via the Manage option?

Thanks, just in case others google for this issue - the URL you need is http://commafeed.com/rest/feed/subscribe?url=%s

This seems to take care of both issues above, I'm closing the ticket.

I'm not using Commafeed, switched to http://theoldreader.com/ a while ago.
