Support for Matroska Sub-chapter

Describe the issue you're having:
When playing Matroska file with sub-chapters, LAV Splitter can only detect the 
root chapters, and the sub chapters can not be shown or used.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
Mux any Matroska file with the sample chapter attached and play it with LAV 
Splitter.

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
Any player with any edition.

Please provide any additional information below.
Also known Haali Splitter cannot detect sub-chapters, while mpc-hc's internal 
Matroska splitter can. Sub-chapters can be tested using mpc-hc's internal 
splitter.

Thanks, and could you please make the nested subchapters indented by a blank or 
"+", just like the mpc-hc's internal splitter do, so that the chapter structure 
will be more clear? Example attached.
