Load external subtitles #127

Describe the issue you're having:
Currently, LAV can not read subtitles from external files, such as SRT ones.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
You can download a SRT file at the WWW

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
Any player, any version.

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry I don't know how to change the type to ENHANCEMENT and priority to LOW.

Its nothing LAV Splitter will do. Its the players (or the subtitle filters) 
responsibility to load subtitles, not the splitters.
