lav splitter #138

Describe the issue you're having:
pot player + madvr + lav splitter = lagging
pot player + EVR + lav splitter = no problem
pot player + madvr + mpc splitter = no problem
Should i report this to madvr too?

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?

I cannot reproduce any issues with that file.
There is some weird picture freeze at around 0:40, but that happens with all 
splitters or all renderers.
