Broken decoder for interlaced UT Video

Describe the issue you're having:

LAV Video Decoder doesn't work for interlaced UT Video. It decodes progressive 
videos properly, though.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?

I tried ULY0 with "Predict median" and  "Assume interlaced video" settings for 
some YV12 source.

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?

LAV 0.43
UT Video 10.2.0

This looks like a bug in libavs UtVideo decoder itself, not much i can do here.

I recommend to reproduce the bug with avplay/avconv, and reporting it here 
(including a sample file, if possible):

This was now fixed by libav, and will be fixed in the next LAV release
