Support for hardware decoding with yadif deinterlacing

Currently, yadif (software deinterlacing) does not work when using hardware 
decoding.

There are situations where CUVID + yadif is useful. For instance, a user may 
prefer yadif deinterlacing over hardware deinterlacing (especially with older 
NVidia cards), but may not want to use software decoding due to CPU concerns.

Apparently this is just a matter of converting NV12 (CUVID output) to YV12 
(yadif input).
