Cannot properly decode RealAudio COOK

Sound stuttering when playback .rmvb the below embedded audio format:

Codec ID/Info                            : Based on G.722.1, Real Player 6

Bit rate                                 : 64.1 Kbps
Channel(s)                               : 2 channels
Sampling rate                            : 44.1 KHz
Bit depth                                : 16 bits
Stream size                              : 43.9 MiB (8%)

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
Playback the file

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?

Forgot to mention, the same .rmvb playback without any problem with RealMedia 
Codecs

There is nothing i can do. The implementation is incomplete, and there does not 
seem much interest in improving it. COOK is a bad format as it is, other codecs 
are much better.
