option for entering input buffer size in splitter #158

Descri+be the issue you're having:

In certain cases, when you have a relative fast CPU but an older video card 
that doesn't support hardware acceleration (like in a server environment) it 
will be beneficial to support a feature to enter an Input buffer size manually 
and allocate a big buffer size (like > 384 Mb) instead of the automatic 
allocation of the splitter. This will help to reduce lag of video/audio in high 
bitrate 1080p content. 

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?

Please provide any additional information below.

Haali video splitter have this option and helps reduce lag in certain cases.

The buffer size in the splitter is based on number of frames, not on size of 
the frames. Therefor, the change does not make sense.
