MVC Decoding? #161

Would be awesome if we could decode mvc (3D) on the fly to feed avisynth or to 
simply play the file in 3D.

This would put an end to massive 1TB+ decoded mvc files, just to feed them to 
other programs.

Until there is a MVC decoder integrated into ffmpeg, there isn't much to be 
done.
Thats not a task for me, but for the codec developers.
