Thats a very old version of LAV Splitter, namely 0.37.
I cannot support old versions.

I would suggest to upgrade to MC17, as that includes newer versions of LAV, or 
manually replace the LAV version in the MC16 plugins directory in 
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\J River\Media Center 16\Plugins\lav

Ahh, I didn't spot that, kinda forgot that JRMC is sort of all inclusive.

I've moved to MC17 anyway hopefully no dramas...
