Load embedded fonts #173

Describe the issue you're having:
Lav splitter does not load embedded fonts from mkv files.
This causes subtitles to ether not show or show incorrect.
I am using directvobsub(vsfilter) as preferred sub filter.

Haali splitter has this function but haali causes my explorer to
crash alot.

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?

Please provide any additional information below.
Using jetAudio + lav filters + xy vsfilter.
Also have k-lite mega codac pack installed.
All software is the latest version.

LAV Splitter actually does load fonts.

If it doesn't work for a specific file, a sample of such a file would be useful.
