Refactor Installer Script

Describe the issue you're having:
The Installation utility has a few shortcomings:

- In its current form, its hard to maintain
- Configuration is far from complete
- Settings changed after install are being overwritten on reinstall

Implementation Notes:

Steps to be taken:
- Separate format configurations for different filters onto different pages 
(custom pages)
- Probe registry for current settings instead of just taking defaults
- Provide easy-to-use tables/arrays in the code for all formats
- Move all splitter registration into the installer, removing it from the .ax
- Investigate splitting 32/64
