Graphedt crashes inserting directshow filters and uninstall may leave stuff in registry

Describe the issue you're having:
graphedt crashes when going to insert directshow filters
ALSO - i did tests under clean virtual machine and they suggest the filter 
doesn't uninstall completely cleanly. regshot was used to take registry 
snapshot, then I installed the filters, ran one flv youtube video to ensure the 
filters were used and uninstalled all the filters. Then I did 2nd regshot and 
logically the comparison result should not have anything in it, but there were 
changes in the filter related keys. i didn't investigate whether these changes 
are something that could cause issues after the filter is uninstalled. i 
decided to just backup the keys on my main system before installing this.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
use
install_splitter.bat
install_video.bat

run graphedt.exe, click insert filter from menu, click direct show filters -> 
crash

crash goes away after running uninstall_video.bat.

graphedt was: ver: 090423 (should be latest)

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?

LAVFilters-0.45.zip 32 bit
