Cosmetic. LAV Audio configuration dialog have improper size (cropped) when started by rundll32 #198

Describe the issue you're having:
LAV Audio configuration dialog have improper (cropped) size when started by 
rundll32.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
Open LAV Audio configuration dialog by link-file created by installer. I 
attached screenshot with comparison of configuration dialog by link-file and 
from MPC-HC (the one with Status and Pin Info tabs).

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
LAV 0.47
Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

Also, problem doesn't occur on Win7. I suggest to upgrade. :p

No, there is no such problem with LAV Video or LAV Splitter so it something 
specific in LAV Audio only.
And no, I am not going to upgrade yet (I am to conservative and don't like some 
Win7 changes :( ).

Even on Windows XP i cannot reproduce any issues.
