dxva bug #202

Describe the issue you're having:
Buggy dxva decoding -intel i5 (hd graphics). 

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
lav 0.47. mcphc x64 1.6.1.4081

Please provide any additional information below.
Windows 7 64. Microsoft DTV_DVD decoder decodes without any glitches

This is a known problem which most likely won't be fixed unless Intel releases 
information how their DXVA works, and thats unlikely to happen.
