Aspect ratio issue (video decoder) #217

Describe the issue you're having:
'Use Stream Aspect Ratio' does not work when Quicksync or DXVA2(native) enabled 
[OK when no acceleration or DXVA2(copyback)]

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
LAV 0.5.1 used in Pouchin TV

Please provide any additional information below.
The issue seems to have arisen after updating Intel HD graphics driver to the 
latest version (8.15.10.2656)

If it broke after a driver upgrade, what makes you think its a bug in LAV?
Works just fine for me with DXVA2 native or QuickSync.

I am not saying this is a bug in LAV.
I am just reporting the issue in case a different implementation of
hardware acceleration would have come along with this new drivers and/or to
know whether this issue is specific to my computer or not.

PS: I reverted to the old driver and everything is fine again, so it is
definitely linked to the driver update (at least on my system)
