Enable GPU accelleration by default #239

On a fresh installation a user has to manually select their GPU accelleration
setting. This can be confusing for certain users who then find LAV not working
as well as their 'other' solution.

So it is perhaps possible to do a DirectX feature scan and enable at least
"DVXA2 (Native)" if a videocard with support is found?

Any advanced user who wants to use custom processing filters will know to then
adjust this setting to (copy-back), or switch to CUVID or Quick Sync for their
preference.

The default "None" is just a killer on first time LAV experience when the user
is less experienced.

Same goes for audio, perhaps after install some sort of "wizard" can be
activated (or skipped for the advanced user) that plays back small audio sample
files for AC3, DTS, DTS-HD, etc and a user can simply press yes/no on the "Did
you hear this sound play?".

I want to recommend LAV more to people, but unless I can control their system
and configure it for them, then the less experienced user always reply with a
negative experience.

If user knows what GPU acceleration is, or that he realises that he uses LAV at
all (and not some mysterious software that he beloved codeck pack installed for
him), he should be smart enough to be able to select it from simple dropdown
menu. For those who don't know what is this, software is the best option as
they wont be able to notice any difference anyway. What experience you talking
about? omg...
Audio: nice joke.

If you recommend it to people - don't say how good GPU decoding is, or
something else. Tell just to install and don't muck with options unless they
know what they do. LAV's defaults works just fine.

I have considered adding a simple checkbox into the installer which says
something like "Use Hardware Accelerated Decoding" so people can check that
instead of opening the options panel, but not sure how it would work yet
exactly.

I'll re-visit this idea at a later time.
For now i'm fine with people just grabbing a codec pack or reading a guide
which walks them through the setup, if they do not know how to do it themself.

The Audio thing will probably never happen. ;)
