Web API Plug-In/COnfiguration Web Page. #251

Be able to configure LAV Filters through a webpage that is accessible through 
the home network (Tablets/Mobile devices).  Also have the ability to 
store/apply precongurations.  Got this after using the MediaBrowser Web 
API/Remote.

Anyone is free to develop a tool that can configure LAV over a web interface, 
but LAV itself will never get such a feature.
