MPEG-PS Clip Freezes GraphStudioNext and Other Players With LAV Splitters > Version 0.50.5 #256

Describe the issue you're having:

MPEG-PS stream freezes GraphStudioNext when building a graph. This already 
happens upon manually connecting LAV splitter to the standard async file source 
filter, so the problem seems to be located in the splitter.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?

Version 0.50.5 is working as expected
Version 0.50.5-2856720 (Update 17) freezes. This is the first compiled build 
after the official 0.50.5 which I could find and test
All versions I checked after this (including LAVFilters-0.51.3-f88c25c) freeze

Please provide any additional information below.
