Bug with deinterlacing! #58

Describe the issue you're having:
Bug with deinterlacing on some VOB files!

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
Here is the file for the test:

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
LAV Video Decoder 0.31. In any video player!

LAV Video does not do any deinterlacing yet.
