[x86-64] DiAVC Decoder + LAV Splitter = MPC-HC crash #66

When I want to play any file with DiAVC and LAV Splitter, MPC-HC immediately 
crash on the start.
DiAVC works fine with internal MPC-HC splitter.

Using MPC-HC 1.5.3.3673 with LAV Filters 0.32 RC3 (Splitter & Audio) + DiAVC 
1.2 on Win 7 (all x86-64)

A crash in an external component is a bug in that component. Any other H264 
decoder does not crash.

Works fine with ffdshow, MPC-HC decoder, CoreAVC, LAV CUVID, LAV Video, MS 
DTV-DVD Decoder, ArcSoft decoder, Cyberlink Decoder, Intel H264 decoder, madVR 
decoder.

My list of filters is longer. :p
