LAV Splitter won't play all MKV files

Describe the issue you're having:

Some (well, most actually) MKV videos doesn't open with LAV Splitter

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?

MediaInfo gives me this info:

Video Codec: AVC (High@3.0)(CABAC/3Ref Frame)
(This is from the sample)

But then again, others that won't play, gives different info.
Couldn't find the thing in common.

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?

Version: 0.33
Player : BSplayer Pro 2.57

Please provide any additional information below.

Everything plays just fine with Haali Media Splitter, or AVsplitter.
Those two plays anything I throw at them. With the same player, of course.

That file plays just fine with LAV Splitter for me in MPC-HC.

Perhaps it's an incompatibility problem with BSplayer then?
Maybe updated BSplayer will work.
