Flickering/corruption of video when using LAV with Haali Video Renderer #99

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

Describe the issue you're having:
When playing video with non mod32 width and using Haali Video Renderer as
output it result in periodic flickering (every few seconds). And if you try to
seek in such file than video fully corrupts (like this
http://i54.tinypic.com/24n38kp.jpg).

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
x264 encoded mkv and xvid encoded avi samples attached.

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
LAV Video Decoder 0.35
Haali Video Renderer 1.11.96.14 (03/03/2011)
MPC-HC 1.5.2.3167
Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
Looks like it have something todo with YV12->YUY2 conversion (Haali Video
Renderer accept only YUY2/UYVY/RGB) because after disabling YUY2/UYVY output
support problem seems to disappear (but this is not acceptable solution).

Man Haali Video Renderer sure is crap. Why do people insist on using it? It
doesn't offer any advantages.

Anyhow, should be fixed anyway.
