Closes #65 : add routing to artists & artist stores
Routing works to individual artist portfolios and a button to view their store. No root /artists/ page yet though (so no searching for ppl) -- artist portfolio and shop can only be accessed thru the link attached to the artist name on the Latest Post pages
renamed url from /dashboard/my/table to dashboard/my/store to make the url a bit easier to comprehend
added some artist-specific queries to server side but they aren't being used so need to be deleted later
