[Quest] Extinguishing the Idol

[Quest] Extinguishing the Idol [NPC] Belnistrasz [NPC] Plaguemaw the Rotting

Description: Escort Quest.

Current behaviour:

Issue 1: If you wipe during it, he doesn't respawn, though he should after 8-10min. Issue 2: When he is channeling, and you need to protect him for 5min, when mobs get a few hits on him, you take them from him, and move away he will be "chasing" them while still channeling, not even doing damage to them, just creeping up on them (back channeling or side channeling looks nice though xD) Issue 3: [NPC] Plaguemaw the Rotting has lvl 36/37.

Expected behaviour:

Issue 1: If [NPC] Belnistrasz dies, he should respawn after 8 to 10minutes, to let players take another attempt at it. (It's a boss fight event, which makes such escort quests be sure to "respawn" their quest givers - just like Thrall in OHF, while simple escorts do not have such). It's from WoTLK patch comment but still was in vanilla/tbc.

Issue 2: He should ignore all actions in this case "chasing" enemy and stand in one place for 5min. channeling his spell, totally ignoring all what's happening around him.

Issue 3: [NPC] Plaguemaw the Rotting should have level 40 according to book (World of Warcraft Dungeon Companion).

[Core] Trash Linking

Current behaviour: All mobs in "Spiral of Thorns" aren't linked to each other. You can easily pull from ranged 2-3 mobs out of 6 etc.

Expected behaviour: All mobs (packs of 4-7 || 2-4 elite + 2-3 non elite mostly from what I saw) should be linked to each other.

All from this screen, should be linked to each other, but currently aren't. Same goes for rest of the Spiral of Thorns.

[NPC] Amnennar the Coldbringer

[NPC] Amnennar the Coldbringer [Spell] Summon Frost Spectres

Current behaviour:

Issue 1: [NPC] Amnennar the Coldbringer has lvl 37.

Issue 2: He spawns only 2 Frost Spectres at (60% hp, 30% hp). In total = 4, which is wrong.

Expected behaviour: [NPC] Amnennar the Coldbringer should have level 41 before patch 2.3. If you also don't go into "dungeon reverts" (though I would prefer harder dungeons) like with "leveling experience will be 2.4.3" then disregard this one.

Issue 2: He should spawn 4 Frost Spectres at (66% hp, 33% hp). In total = 8.

rev 2756 Corrected level of Glutton. Hard-linked all NPCs in Spiral of Thorns area. Added movement to all NPCs in Spiral of Thorns area.

Rev 4018 Just the escort needs fixes.

  1. He needs to be able to respawn if you fail, currently does not.

(He seemed to do his channeling just fine, never moved even if he got hit and I took aggro from him.)

  1. If you wipe to the event, the mobs left behind don't despawn but probably should at some point?
