[Quest][Silithus] A Pawn on the Eternal Board)

Current behaviour: When you accept the Quest, NPC's spawn but nothing more happens, they just stand there looking at each other. No conversations, no actions, no quest completion credit.

Expected behaviour: It's an event only quest, which you need to watch to complete the quest. How it looks like can be seen here:
