[Spell] [Shaman] Rockbiter Weapon

Current behaviour: Casting Rockbiter Weapon when dual-wielding replaces the current imbues on both weapons at once and without confirmation.

Expected behaviour: Rockbiter Weapon should behave like the other shaman weapon imbues and apply to one weapon at a time, asking for confirmation if the weapon is already imbued.
