[NPC] Voidspawn #2468

Description: Voidspawn casts Pain Spike which deals dmg on you, and after the combat ends, you get you hp back from this dmg as a 5s healing overtime.

Current behaviour: It doesn't heal back after the combat.

Expected behaviour: They should: image

Rev 3451. Still an issue.Im not sure if the void ever has that spell.

Rev 4015 still an issue

Healing portion of Pain Spike is not scripted in - spell ID is 24117

It should not be used after you drop combat - it simply should be applied to you right after the direct damage portion is dealt.
