Description: When you mind control someone, you should be able to cast a friendly buff on the target, but right now the spell is going off, cd +mana but nothing happens https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_ROHuxvebU&feature=youtu.be

Current behaviour: Buff isn't actually being applied.

Expected behaviour: Should be able to cast 1 spell which then breaks mind control https://youtu.be/IAoe3akMZUE?t=1484

Rev 4014 still an issue.

Buff is not applied to mind controlled traget, spell not even going off at all.
