Interaction Screwdriver Range Color

Description: For multiple items, the screwdriver mouse indicator shows "in range" (yellow) when in fact it is not, which is misleading.

Ex. Anowyn Moon Crystal Elendar lake water elemental altar Other typical looting quest objects

Current behaviour:

Expected behaviour: The screwdriver should only turn yellow on a possibiltiy of looting/interaction
