[Arcatraz] Warden Mellichar Event #4600

Description: Arcatraz Endboss event does not reset when failing it.

Current behaviour: If you wipe at the 3rd mob (the one that looks like BWL dragonid) the event does not reset und you can continue after a wipe.

Expected behaviour: Event should reset and start from the beginning.

Rev 4014 - confirmed.

If you wipe to any of the trash waves before the boss spawns, the event does not reset.

You can continue after a wipe though, unlike the original post says, the mob is still up, and killing him continues the event as normal.
