[QUEST][Dustwallow Marsh][ID:1957] Mana Surges: Aggro is tethered and should not be #4617

Description: Quest ID #1957: Mana Surges - a Mage quest in Dustwallow Marsh is currently bugged. The Mana surges pat correctly inside the farm - however they are tethered to one another. This should not be the case.

Current behaviour: Pulling one Mana surge pulls any others that have spawned, quickly making this quest impossible to complete alone.

Expected behaviour: The mana surges should all spawn quickly, but they should not aggro eachother. This can be confirmed via the wowhead link below: https://www.wowhead.com/quest=1957/mana-surges#comments:id=4891
